Unnati Motors is hiring a Compliance Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Pune. The role involves ensuring that the company’s operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies, monitoring compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement compliance programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide regulatory guidance.
• Draft and implement company policies.
• Communicate compliance requirements to employees.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills in compliance management, regulatory compliance, and legal compliance.
• Analytical skills and ability to assess risks.
• Relevant certifications in compliance or legal fields.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
