Urban Harvest is hiring for the position of Compliance Specialist to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to compliance activities.
- Analyze compliance data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance risks..
- Recommend improvements to internal policies, controls, and procedures.
- Stay current on regulatory changes impacting the food industry and business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compliance management and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a strong advantage.
