Details of the Job/Internship

ServCrust is hiring a Senior Compliance Officer with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
• Monitor global and domestic regulatory changes to assess their impact on digital operations.
• Lead internal audits, comprehensive risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Investigate and resolve potential compliance breaches and related incidents.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise-wide adherence to standards.
• Conduct employee training and awareness programs regarding compliance obligations.
• Manage third-party and vendor risk assessments from a regulatory standpoint.
• Support the implementation of frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and data protection laws.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies during inquiries and inspections.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance (Master's or professional certification is preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a compliance, audit, or risk management role.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and data protection standards.
• Preferred Experience: Hands-on involvement with GRC tools (e.g., OneTrust, ServiceNow) and familiarity with international regulatory environments.
• Certifications: Professional credentials such as CISA, CAMS, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly valued.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
