Details of the Job/Internship
Frontline Managed Services is hiring a Conflict Analyst with a law degree and 2+ years of experience in a law firm environment to join its Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct new-matter and new-party conflict searches and provide clear, documented summaries.
- Identify and escalate potential conflicts, waivers, or ethical screens.
- Perform corporate genealogy and background checks using public records and databases.
- Prepare research briefs outlining risks, discrepancies, and data gaps.
- Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
- Support attorneys and admin teams by delivering concise and timely conflict analyses.
- Propose process improvements and assist with special projects.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm (conflicts, intake, research, or related areas).
- Strong analytical and legal document interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with firm databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and discretion.
