Rexus Group is hiring a Conflict Analyst with 2+ years of law firm experience to join their Hyderabad office onsite.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct conflicts intake and clearance for new matters and parties using firm databases and approved sources.
- Identify potential conflicts and related parties; escalate and document waivers or ethical screens as needed.
- Perform corporate genealogy and background research; validate entity status, ownership, and relationships.
- Produce research briefs highlighting risks, discrepancies, and recommendations for disposition.
- Verify and reconcile data across systems; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for attorneys, legal assistants, and admin teams; provide clear, timely summaries.
- Track recurring exceptions and propose process improvements to reduce turnaround time.
- Support special projects as assigned.
Eligibility
- Legal degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm (conflicts, intake, research, docketing, or similar).
- Strong analytical and research skills; able to summarize findings with clear risk flags.
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with firm databases and research tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client service.
