Frontline Managed Services is hiring a Conflict Attorney with 2+ years of experience in a law firm environment to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict searches for new matters and parties using firm databases and approved sources.
- Identify potential conflicts, escalate issues, and document waivers or ethical screens as needed.
- Perform corporate genealogy and background checks using public records and commercial databases.
- Produce detailed research briefs highlighting risks, discrepancies, and recommendations.
- Verify and reconcile data across systems, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Communicate findings clearly to attorneys and administrative teams to support decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects.
Eligibility
- LLB degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm (conflicts, intake, research, or related areas).
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and firm research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
