Details of the Job/Internship
Clifford Chance is hiring a Conflicts Analyst (Deputy Manager) with 3–4 years of experience to join its Post Clearance Team in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review requests to amend existing matters and open supplementary matters.
- Apply conflict policies and evaluate submissions from matter teams.
- Analyse information in the firm’s conflict management systems.
- Conduct research on internal and external databases to identify potential conflicts.
- Assess whether updated scopes of work align with originally cleared mandates.
- Monitor mailboxes and respond to queries from global and local teams.
- Follow up with fee earners and secretaries to ensure completion of clearance processes.
- Escalate complex matters to senior team members.
Eligibility
- Any graduate; law degree preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a corporate or MNC environment.
- Experience using Intapp Open or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Quick learner adaptable to new processes and technology.
