Details of the Job/Internship
Clifford Chance is hiring a Conflicts Analyst (Deputy Manager) with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review requests for clearance to amend existing matters or open supplementary matters.
- Make decisions on whether new mandates can be accepted based on regulatory rules and internal policies.
- Liaise with partners and fee-earners to determine appropriate ways to manage matter intakes.
- Undergo training on UK conflict rules, risk policies, and matter intake workflows.
- Gather and analyze information to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Form working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the Clearance Centre.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate degree; a Law degree and legal qualification are preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of work experience in a corporate or MNC environment.
- Experience in using Intapp Open or similar conflict clearance tools is required.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve problems methodically.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
