Details of the Job/Internship
Sim And San is hiring for the position of Construction Arbitration Attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction arbitration cases from initiation to final resolution.
- Review and interpret construction contracts, agreements, and related legal documentation.
- Handle both domestic and international arbitration and litigation matters related to construction disputes.
- Work with industry-standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, EPC, etc.).
- Provide strategic legal advice and represent clients effectively in proceedings.
Eligibility
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in arbitration and litigation focused on the construction industry.
- Deep understanding of arbitration laws, procedures, and construction sector regulations.
- Familiarity with international arbitration institutions and forums (e.g., SIAC, ICC, LCIA).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously in a fast-paced legal environment.
