Teams Squared is hiring for the position of Construction Contract Lawyer (FIDIC Specialist) to join their office Virtually.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on construction contracts and related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate FIDIC contracts, ensuring they meet legal standards and protect the company’s interests.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry.
• Resolve any contractual disputes and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in construction law and FIDIC guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries of legal issues and contract statuses.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Construction Contract Lawyer.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts and various FIDIC books (Red, Yellow, Green, Pink, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction law and industry practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
