Details of the Job/Internship

Staten Solar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Corporate Lawyer with 4-5 years of experience to join their dynamic legal team. The office is based out of New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support business initiatives.
• Advising on legal matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings, as needed.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Participating in client calls with U.S. clients, which may require late-night or early-morning availability.

Eligibility

• Experience: 4-5 years.
• Qualifications: Law Graduate from a reputable institution with an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

Salary/Stipend
