Details of the Job/Internship
WSP India is hiring a Consultant – Legal with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review a full range of contracts and related documents.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on contract risks and follow up with colleagues as needed.
- Lead and manage contract negotiations proactively.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal business teams and external legal counsel.
- Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments relevant to WSP’s operations.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of legal experience in a reputed law firm or in-house legal team specializing in construction law.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Experienced in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong communication skills and high ethical standards.
- Ability to balance commercial and legal considerations effectively.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Exposure to UK clients is desirable.
