Details of the Job/Internship
Amicable is hiring a professional for an intrapreneurial legal role to work closely with the CEO and Founder in a hybrid mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- Working closely with the CEO and Founder in an intrapreneurial capacity.
- Handling legal issues related to marital conflicts, divorce, separation, and child custody.
- Preparing legal documents and providing legal advice to the firm and its clients.
- Curating independent strategies to support leadership and organisational growth.
- Participating in key decision-making processes and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Assisting in building brand visibility, growth strategies, and future prospects of Amicable and the SoulSurfer Group.
- Collaborating across teams and travelling for offline meetings when required.
Eligibility
- Law degree with relevant certifications.
- Experience in legal matters related to matrimonial and family disputes.
- Overall experience range of 3 to 10 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local languages are a plus.
- High levels of integrity, empathy, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with tolerance for ambiguity and flexibility.
