Details of the Job/Internship
FinAGG Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Consultant-Legal with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare agreements including lease, leave & license, manpower contracts, outsourcing agreements, mutual fund distribution agreements, and MoUs.
- Draft letters, notices, and prospectuses; vet documents and agreements.
- Provide legal opinions; familiarity with the Negotiable Instruments Act, civil and criminal laws.
- Manage litigation, dashboards, and statutory matters; coordinate with external lawyers.
- Advise on governance practices and ensure corporate governance compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Proficiency in drafting and strong command over the English language.
- Good understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
