Clifford Chance Business Services Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate – Transaction & Case Support to join its Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documentation using templates and prior deal documents.
- Provide transaction support on multi-jurisdictional matters, including document organization and redaction.
- Review documents for key provisions and prepare summaries.
- Collate, index, and manage large volumes of documents.
- Conduct legal research and summarize case laws.
- Utilize internal legal technology tools and Gen AI.
- Review and amend agreements based on client guidelines.
- Manage tasks under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
- Support different phases of transactions and litigation processes.
Eligibility
- Qualified Indian Advocate.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent written and spoken business English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
