Details of the Job/Internship

Aerie Law is inviting experienced consultants with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to collaborate on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate on legal projects in areas of expertise.
• Provide strategic, business-oriented legal solutions.
• Maintain high-quality work and responsiveness to client needs.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of strong, hands-on experience.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• U.S. intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
• U.S. tax structuring and compliance.
• Regulatory compliance for U.S.-based businesses.
• Global data privacy laws.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and thoughtful approach.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and offer practical, business-friendly solutions.
• Experience working across diverse industries and geographies.

Salary/Stipend
