Analogue Legal is hiring for the position of Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive experience with U.S. and Southeast Asian regulatory frameworks across various industries.
• Data Privacy & Cross-Border Data Governance: In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and cross-border data management, focusing on U.S. and Southeast Asian regulations.
• Intellectual Property Strategy: Expertise in trademarks, copyrights, and patents across the U.S., Southeast Asia, and global markets.
• Tax Structuring & Compliance: Advisory and compliance services for cross-border operations involving the U.S. and Southeast Asia.

Eligibility

• Anticipate regulatory challenges and offer practical, business-aligned solutions.
• Seamlessly contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
