Details of the Job/Internship

Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited is inviting applications for the post of consultant on contract basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Vetting of the Loan Proposals,
• Review of various applicable laws and regulatory/statutory /RBI/Bank requirements,
• Preparing Agreement/Contract and its legal vetting etc. and assisting further in legal disputes if any in the future.
• Any legal requirement arises in respect of the loan proposal referred to the law firms.
• Any other work which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Eligibility

• Essential minimum educational qualification- LLB.
• Maximum age as on cutoff date: - 65 Years.
• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience out of which minimum 10 years experience in Legal Department of NBFC//DFI/FI/Banks. The incumbent should have knowledge of Legal appraisal and Loan Agreement preparation.
• Candidate should be retired official from Central Govt./ State Govt./ CPSUs/state PSU/ Autonomous Body or any other equivalent organization from the rank not below E7 level or equivalent.

Salary/Stipend

Rs.90,000 (Consolidated), however remuneration is negotiable based on experience Profile & suitability and last drawn salary etc.
