Details of the Job/Internship

UnitedLex is hiring a Consultant – Patent Prosecution with expertise in responding to US office actions to join their team in Gurgaon or Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft US office action responses.
• Coordinate prosecution activities with partner law firms.
• Review and mentor junior team members in drafting office action responses.
• Support senior team members in daily activities.
• Perform related tasks as required.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Registered patent agent and/or LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputed law school is preferred.
• Experience in drafting US office action responses and understanding of US patent laws.
• Experience with EP and Indian patent law is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and independent working skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
