Details of the Job/Internship

Umbrella Legal is hiring a Consulting Partner – Media & Entertainment Practice with 4+ years of experience to join their Mumbai-based remote practice on a part-time or project-based engagement.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements in the media, entertainment, and digital content sectors.
• Advise on commercial, regulatory, and IP issues relevant to M&E clients.
• Draft and review legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience in media/entertainment consulting, legal advisory, or strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of the Indian M&E industry and IP considerations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
