Details of the Job/Internship

Empyrean is hiring for the position of Consumer Court Advocate to join them in their Mandvi office located in Gujarat. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and pursue consumer protection cases against companies engaging in deceptive practices.
• Handle all legal aspects of cases from initial filing through resolution.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Conduct necessary research to build strong cases.
• Identify legal grounds for claims in new cases.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A lawyer who specializes in consumer protection law.
• Extremely proficient English writing and speaking to write nerve wrecking letters.
• Must know how to research thoroughly on Internet and other means.
• Active state Bar membership with valid Bar ID.
• Demonstrated track record of successful litigation.
• Superior legal research skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Salary/Stipend
