micro1 is hiring a Content Evaluation Specialist (Law/Human Rights) with part-time availability to support a research initiative evaluating AI-generated content remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI-generated content for clarity, policy alignment, and adherence to guidelines.
- Execute scripted and exploratory prompts to evaluate model performance.
- Apply structured labeling frameworks for accuracy and consistency.
- Document observations clearly and objectively.
- Remain impartial when reviewing sensitive or legally complex content.
- articipate in calibration sessions to maintain evaluation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to refine evaluation criteria and processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Law, Legal Studies, Human Rights, or a related field.
- Strong objectivity and ethical reasoning.
- Experience analyzing nuanced or ambiguous language.
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
- Ability to assess sensitive content neutrally.
- Comfort working on-site in a diverse team environment in Delhi.
