Applicantz is seeking a driven and qualified professional for the position of Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist at the Associate level within the Information Technology domain, offering a contract opportunity with a clear scope for career growth. Role and Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of India contingent workforce program. Partner with TAPFIN, our MSP, to drive operational excellence, program adoption, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Advise hiring managers and internal stakeholders on contingent workforce policies, processes, compliance.

Eligibility

5+ years of experience; Associate level professionals are encouraged to apply; Candidates open to contract engagements are preferred.
