Details of the Job/Internship

Aeternus Energy LLP is hiring a Contract & Legal Executive with 7+ years of experience to join on an onsite basis in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The role involves managing contracts, legal compliance, and commercial matters for EPC and renewable energy projects, with end-to-end responsibility across the project lifecycle. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Handle client contracts, change orders, claims, and variations.
• Manage government contracts, tenders, and compliance documentation.
• Support project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in contract closure, billing milestones, and commercial reconciliations.

Eligibility

• BE / BL (Law) or equivalent legal qualification from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in contracts and legal roles, preferably in EPC, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, government contracts, and change management.
• Experience in renewable energy sectors such as solar, wind, or BESS, or infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract interpretation, and negotiation.
• Strong client-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with legal platforms, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements.

Salary/Stipend
