Details of the Job/Internship
Kyndryl India is hiring a Contract & Negotiations Professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract management and negotiations to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Identify risks in contract terms and propose solutions.
- Lead client and vendor negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
- Manage amendments, extensions, claims, and contract changes.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and contract documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract management/negotiation, preferably in technology services.
- Experience negotiating with inside and outside counsels.
- Multilingual capabilities (English + one APAC/MEA regional language such as Thai, Bahasa, Korean).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, law, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in multinational organizations is desirable.
