Details of the Job/Internship
CloudLabs Inc is hiring a Contract Administrator with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Gujarat (Hybrid).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft vendor contracts and work orders using approved templates.
- Maintain and update contract templates and documentation logs.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for contract execution.
- Track SOW-to-PO correlations and monitor key contractual terms.
- Organize and manage electronic records for contracts and policies.
- Maintain and improve vendor databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Track and manage contract renewals and timelines.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting internal policies.
- Coordinate with external legal professionals and internal teams.
- Support US and Canada immigration-related documentation and tracking.
- Assist in reporting, documentation review, and process improvements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- LL.B. preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work across international time zones.
