Details of the Job/Internship
TransPerfect is hiring for the position of a Contract Administrator with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract Drafting:
- Draft, review, and update contract terms and conditions, ensuring that they align with legal and business requirements, given provided templates.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations) to ensure contracts reflect client needs and operational standards.
- Advise stakeholders on risks and opportunities associated with contract clauses.
Contract Review and Compliance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and ensure they are accurate and complete, moving them through our review tool
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, templates and operations
- Identify any potential issues with existing contracts & billings
Contract Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee the timely and accurate execution of contracts, ensuring all parties have signed and agreed to terms.
- Upload these contracts through our internal system for safe-keeping
- Keep track of contract renewal dates, milestones, price increase and deadlines to ensure that key actions are taken on time (renewals, amendments, etc.).
Contract Database and Documentation Management:
- Maintain a centralized database of contracts, ensuring all documents are organized, easily accessible, and up to date.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping to support audits or legal investigations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments (e.g., legal, sales, operations) regarding contract matters.
- Communicate any changes, issues, or updates related to contracts to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously review and improve contract management processes to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to update contract templates, standardize clauses, and implement best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of all contract terms.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for drafting contracts and interacting with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Experience in working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
