Details of the Job/Internship
Collins Aerospace is hiring an Analyst, Contracts with experience of up to 2 years to join their office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform initial intake of agreement requests and resolve troubleshooting needs for requestors.
- Prepare contractual documents using approved templates and established standards.
- Maintain data accuracy across tracking tools and systems to support audit readiness.
- Monitor centralized communication tools and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Route requests for review and approval according to established processes.
- Perform basic compliance checks to confirm all required documentation is present.
- Upload, index, and properly name contract records in the designated repository.
- Identify and log turnback activities and issues to assist with process improvements.
- Escalate complex or high-risk legal issues to senior analysts or management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree required; LLB is preferred.
- Up to 2 years of prior relevant experience in contracts or legal operations.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, specifically Icertis.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of document management and compliance principles.
