Details of the Job/Internship
Onit is hiring a Contract Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage contracts within the contract lifecycle management system.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, renewals, and expiration dates.
- Review NDAs and customer codes of conduct for policy compliance.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform risk analysis for customers and vendors.
- Respond to contract-related queries from internal sales teams.
- Support contract audits and prepare internal reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance teams.
- Assist in legal documentation, scheduling, and filing.
- Support legal projects, training materials, and onboarding initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in contracts, legal, or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CLM systems and legal documentation.
