Details of the Job/Internship
Onit is hiring a Contracts Administrator with 2–4 years of experience in contracts, legal, or compliance roles to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including reconciliation, tracking, and renewals.
- Maintain organized contract files and legal documentation.
- Review NDAs and customer codes of conduct for compliance.
- Conduct legal research and assist in risk analysis of customers and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for contract-related inquiries and onboarding.
- Support contract audits and prepare internal reports.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams for process alignment.
- Provide administrative and project support to the legal team.
- Develop internal training materials and assist with onboarding for contract systems.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in contracts, legal, or compliance-related roles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred.
