Details of the Job/Internship
ThoughtFocus is hiring for the position of Contract Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Mysuru, Karnataka.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, track, and manage contracts using Salesforce.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor contract lifecycle events including renewals, expirations, and terminations.
- Provide insights during contract negotiations and maintain an organized contract repository.
- Ensure accuracy of contract metadata, terms, and key clauses.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards in Salesforce to assess contract performance, compliance, renewal trends, and risk.
- Offer actionable insights from contract data to aid strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, sales, and account teams to streamline contract processes.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks by providing relevant contract documentation.
- Identify and flag contractual risks and non-compliance issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Recommend and support process improvements and automation initiatives within Salesforce.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, compliance, or business analytics.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Familiarity with billing and financial aspects of contracts.
- Excellent analytical, data visualization, and reporting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of legal and compliance aspects of contracts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with process automation and continuous improvement strategies is a plus.
