Details of the Job/Internship
JK Cement Ltd is hiring for the position of Contract Drafting and Vetting Professional to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
The role will involves deep understanding of rights and obligations of parties to the contract for drafting and vetting various contracts from commercial perspective and impact of those rights and obligation in drafting.
Eligibility
- Legal Drafting and Vetting skills.
- Contract Law and companies Act knowledge.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in contract management.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Understanding of litigation is a plus.
