Details of the Job/Internship

Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is hiring a Risk & Quality Consultant for a full-time on-site role in Noida.Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Risk Identification & Mitigation

• Recognizing the potential risks associated with projects and develop robust mitigation strategies.
• Continuously monitor risk levels throughout the project lifecycle and adjust strategies, as necessary.
• Regularly overseeing the risk landscape and providing regular updates.
• Manage client escalations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Legal Review and Drafting

• Comprehensive review of contracts to ensure compliance with Firm policies and legal standards.
• Prepare and draft contractual letters and notices to address issues.
• Offer guidance to project team on contract related matters as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp their needs and address any risk and quality concerns effectively.

Eligibility

• MBA/ LLB degree
• Experience of 2-4 years in Risk management/ Contract management/ Legal review and drafting.
