Details of the Job/Internship

Contract Bazaar is hiring a Contract Lawyer with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage direct client interaction, handling inquiries and providing legal status reports.
• Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements including NDAs, employment contracts, and service agreements.
• Conduct thorough vetting of documents drafted by junior staff or third parties to identify legal risks.
• Effectively delegate research and drafting tasks to junior lawyers and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure all legal documents comply with local and international regulations and firm standards.
• Prioritize and manage multiple client projects simultaneously using task management tools.
• Monitor legal updates and incorporate necessary regulatory changes into existing templates and policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• 3–5 years of relevant Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in contract law or corporate legal departments.
• Strong expertise in drafting and vetting complex commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate legal concepts clearly.
• Experience in supervising junior staff and managing team workflows.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
