Surana & Surana International Attorneys is hiring a contract lawyer to join them in Chennai office.
Role and Responsibilities
The Contract Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters, drafting contracts, providing legal counsel, conducting research, and negotiating the contracts on behalf of the client.
Eligibility
- Contract Drafting, and Legal research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with corporate law and compliance.
- License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and additional specialization in Corporate Law is preferred.
- Should have a minimum of 3~4 years of experience.
- Should be willing to travel for client's requirements.
