Details of the Job/Internship

Kintech Green Urja Private Limited is hiring a Contract & Legal Executive with 7+ years of experience for an on-site role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing EPC contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Handling client contracts, change orders, claims, and variations.
• Managing government contracts, tenders, and related compliance documentation.
• Supporting project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and dispute resolution matters.
• Coordinating with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assisting with contract closure, billing milestones, and commercial reconciliation

Eligibility

• Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts and legal roles, preferably in EPC or renewable energy projects.
• BE / BL (Law) or an equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, government contracts, and change management.
• Experience in renewable energy sectors including solar, wind, or BESS, or infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract interpretation, and negotiation.
• Strong client-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with legal platforms, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Exposure to dispute management, arbitration, or claims handling.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Salary/Stipend
