Details of the Job/Internship

Integreon is hiring a Contract Lifecycle Management (Icertis/Ironclad) Support Agent with 1 year of experience for a remote position.

Role and Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing system.
Provide first-level support for CLM system users.
Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex cases.
Log and update tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
Maintain documentation and feedback for user guides.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in knowledge-sharing.
Support continuous improvement and stay updated on CLM platform changes.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a customer service or help desk role, preferably in the SaaS or CLM domain.
Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of CLM systems and contract-related processes preferred.
