Details of the Job/Internship

Capgemini is hiring for the position of Contract Management Associate to join their office in Greater Kolkata Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized repository of all contractual documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and obligation trackers.
• Extract, categorize, and systematically track contractual obligations by criticality, priority, and business impact.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete contractual coverage and operational support.
• Partner with the Service Delivery and Functional Teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of contractual obligations for IT/BPO contracts.
• Address and resolve contractual ambiguities by conducting in-depth contract research and recommending changes where necessary to protect Capgemini’s interests.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of outsourcing contracts, including key terms and risk areas.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting contract documents, with a keen eye for identifying obligations, deliverables, and potential risks.
• Skilled in contract abstraction and post-execution contract administration.
• Ability to interpret complex legal language and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and platforms.
• Prior experience in contract management processes within IT/BPO environments is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
