Details of the Job/Internship
TechWise Digital Private Ltd. is hiring for a Contract Management role with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore. This is a 6-month contract role for immediate joiners only.
Role and Responsibilities
- Update, amend, and negotiate contractual clauses.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify risks and suggest improvements.
- Support the governance and maintenance of the contractual repository.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to contract policies.
- Assist in managing procurement platforms and train staff on their use.
- Support administrative tasks including vendor onboarding, evaluations, and renewals.
- Collaborate with teams for effective vendor communication.
- Prepare and maintain reports on contract performance and compliance.
- Assist in developing policies related to contract management and procurement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in contract management software and procurement platforms.
- Preferred: Experience in Banking/Finance and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
