Believe is hiring for the position of Contract Management - Senior Administrator with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and validating contracts, annexes, and amendments per internal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with KYC procedures, verifying legal entities and contractual data.
• Monitor and track contractual terms, deviations, and necessary approvals.
• Support the implementation of workarounds, amendments, and data corrections in contract systems.
• Maintain and update contract data accurately in back-office tools and internal systems.
• Help prepare internal reports and documentation for KPI tracking and contract status.
• Collaborate with legal and sales teams on onboarding, migration, and data updates.
• Comply with internal SLAs, quality benchmarks, and workflow protocols.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements alongside team members.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law or a legal background.
• 1–2 years of experience reviewing and interpreting legal contracts.
• Strong interest in the music industry, digital platforms, or entertainment sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn; committed to process enhancement.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of French is a plus, but not required.

Salary/Stipend
