Details of the Job/Internship

Aphelion Corporate Legal and Software Services is hiring a Contract Management Specialist with experience of 2 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure contracts are aligned with legal standards, company policies, and client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle using contract management tools and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment in contract terms.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise clients on potential contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain an organized database of contracts and monitor key milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
• Provide training and support to client teams on contract management best practices.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting contracts and advise clients accordingly.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A law degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in contract management, legal advisory, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and negotiation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in contract management tools and software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
