Lexansh & Co. is hiring a Contract Management Specialist with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety ofcontracts including but not limited to vendoragreements, client contracts, non-disclosureagreements, and service agreements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensurecontracts align with business objectives and mitigatepotential risks.
• Conducting thorough contract analysis to identifyareas for improvement and ensure compliance withlegal and regulatory requirements.
• Managing contract repositories and databases tomaintain accurate records and facilitate efficientContract retrieval.
• Providing guidance and support to internal teams onContract-related matterS and best practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, orrelated field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in contract management ora similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legalprinciples.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in cotract management software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in afast-paced environment.
