Details of the Job/Internship
Lexansh & Co. is currently seeking a talented and experienced Contract Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with business objectives and mitigate potential risks.
- Conducting thorough contract analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing contract repositories and databases to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient contract retrieval.
- Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters and best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
