Teamware Solutions is hiring an Analyst – Contract Management Specialist with 5–7 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and contract owners to collect, validate, and analyze contracts and key metrics.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) guiding contract owners on contract representation.
- Execute contract storage, validation, and migration activities with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality through gap analysis and validation checks.
- Build dashboards and reports for spend, commercial insights, and risk exposure.
- Maintain documentation, contract representation rules, and change management processes.
- Support ESM processes related to contract, demand, and risk management.
- Automate quality checks to ensure consistency across all contracts.
Eligibility
- 5–7 years of experience in contract management, data migration, or procurement systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with global stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of risk management and process improvement.
