Celonis is hiring a Contract Manager – Legal with 3–7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Risk, Privacy, Security, and other internal teams.
• Conduct due diligence on suppliers and assess legal compliance.
• Maintain and update contract templates and standard terms.
• Support ongoing improvements in contract processes and procedures.

Eligibility

• Law degree with 3–7 years of experience in procurement or commercial legal roles.
• License to practice law is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
