Details of the Job/Internship
Dynatrace is hiring for the position of Contract Manager, Commercial with 4-6+ years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with vendors, customers, and channel partners.
- Take ownership of NDAs, RFPs, amendments, order forms, and modifications to standard commercial agreements (sell-side and buy-side).
- Apply Dynatrace policies to resolve non-compliant terms, escalating risks to attorneys or stakeholders where necessary.
- Provide timely legal support to internal teams including sales, procurement, services, partner operations, and order management.
- Ensure contracts are accurately maintained within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and other repositories.
- Collaborate with legal colleagues and business teams to streamline contract processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development of standard templates, playbooks, and policies for commercial contracting.
- Perform administrative responsibilities relevant to contract management.
Eligibility
- 4–6+ years of experience in contract management, with at least 4 years handling commercial contracts (ideally in-house within a software/technology company).
- Proficiency with CLM tools and document management systems.
- Strong skills in contract review, redlining, and negotiation using MS Word (track changes).
- Experience in SaaS licensing, professional services, reseller/distribution, and vendor/supplier agreements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and a true team player—with the mindset that no task is too big or small.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
