Infosys is actively seeking a skilled Contract Manager/Senior Contract Manager to join there dynamic team. Take your career to the next level with them!
Role and Responsibilities
Primary skills and responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various commercial agreements, Master Services Agreements, Service Agreement, Statement of Work, Change Requests, NDA and other documents including service agreements, sub-contracts, with clients /vendors /partners.
- Advising the delivery team on deal structuring, commercial arrangements, risk assessment and management.
- Preparing guidelines, SOP`s, dashboard, reports, workflow, compliance matrix for strategic complex transactions, including contract summarization, obligation assessment, tracking renewals and necessary support during audits.
- Analyzing legal issues and commercial risks, and presenting clear recommendations and mitigations, ensuring legal compliance on issues relating to security, compliance of IP, Data privacy, and others;
- Strategic legal advisory on day-to-day management of an account, working with the legal counsel for resolving disputes and providing timely guidance.
- Experience working with IT\ITES organization and prior experience of contract management, exposure to procurement contracts, subcontracts is added advantage.
- Possess a complete understanding of IT industry specific risks associated with contracts and proactively identifying potential commercial disputes.
- Deep knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies, global standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication (to both internal and external stakeholders), collaboration, stakeholder management and presentation skills
Secondary skills:
- Should be able to create standard operating procedures, workflows, and training material.
- Should be able to work under defined KPIs/ SLAs and other parameters and guidelines.
- Excellent interpretation, analytical skills, reasoning, and logical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
- Preliminary reporting and data analysis

- Should have excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Qualification:
- Law graduate/post-graduate from a premier University (LLB degree is a must)
- 9-18 years of relevant experience
