Abhishira Infrastructure Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Contract Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for construction supervision and Detailed Project Report (DPR) assignments.
- Monitor project supervision activities, ensuring strict compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract documentation and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the process of contract amendments, modifications, and renewals in coordination with relevant teams.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, procurement, and legal departments to ensure alignment and streamline project operations.
- Ensure projects meet established timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks through diligent oversight and coordination.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, consultancy supervision, or DPR projects.
- Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Solid understanding of contract law, procurement procedures, and project execution methodologies.
- Proficient in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.
