Details of the Job/Internship
ARWADE Infrastructure Limited is hiring a Contract Manager with experience of 2-5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage comprehensive project contracts and legal agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all contractual activities comply with company policies and relevant local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor contract performance and ensure deliverables are met.
- Identify and address issues related to contract execution and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess potential contractual risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation using ERP software and management systems.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in contract drafting, review, and management within the EPC or construction sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex contractual disputes.
- Knowledge of project management standards in the infrastructure or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP software.
- Master's degree or professional certifications in contract management are an advantage.
