Details of the Job/Internship
Bahwan CyberTek is looking for the position of Contract Manager with 10 years of experience to join them at their office in Contract Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive contract management system to ensure that all contracts are stored, tracked, and reviewed regularly for compliance and renewal.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favourable terms and conditions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of legal standards and industry practices.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Provide guidance on risk management to senior leadership and project teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales, to ensure alignment and support for contract-related matters.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor contract management staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the contract management team.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage contract disputes and work towards amicable resolutions. Represent the company in arbitration or litigation as needed.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in contract management is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management and In-depth knowledge of contract law and principles, and experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contract types.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex contractual issues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of contract professionals.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in contract management software and other relevant tools.
